Connected Health Cities: Using Learning Health Systems to Improve Health at Scale
Haydock Park Racecourse, WA12 0HQ
Thursday 13 Sep 18 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Find out how Connected Health Cities has developed and is using a learning health system to improve health at scale at Haydock Park Racecourse on September 13.
Taking place from 9am to 2pm, the free event aims to showcase the Connected Health Cities (CHC) programme in the North West Coast and its achievements so far.
Those from academia, clinical and business informatics to industry, commissioners and service users are invited to attend.
You will hear about the CHC pathway work on COPD, alcohol and seizures and the progress made, as well as joining in discussions on potential points for collaboration in utilising programme outcomes and developing the programme further.
Together we will explore how the learning health system created through the CHC programme might be applied in the future to enhance learning and support the development and evaluation of services in our region to improve front-line patient care.
The event will also provide an opportunity to consider how we develop opportunities for using data in a learning health system approach in the future.
