Connected Health Cities North East & North Cumbria: Creating a Learning Health System to inform the Great North Care Record
The Core, Bath Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 5TF
Tuesday 02 Apr 19 - Tuesday 02 Apr 19 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This half day event brings together a number of elements from the Connected Health Cities North East and North Cumbria programme.
This event will share the outputs, benefits and most importantly the learning from a range of data sharing projects to support both direct care and research.
A great deal has been achieved over the last three years and this event will provide you with the opportunity to hear from the people who have overcome technical and socio-cultural challenges to implement data sharing projects.
You will hear not only from the central team who have done work with patients, working on information governance and looking at the technical platforms we can use to analyse data across the region. You will also hear from the three care pathway projects, funded by Connected Health Cities who focused on how using existing data, in new ways can improve healthcare outcomes and research.
If you’d like to attend, please register here.
The work that has been done as part of the Connected Health Cities programme is informing the future development of the Great North Care Record.
